About

We are a registered partnership within the Province of Saskatchewan, Canada founded in 2005 by Patti Gera and Bobbe Poncelet.

Our services are a combination of talent, skills, and accomplishments collected through more than 20 years in business, non-profit, and arts environments.  They include policy, planning, design, and implementation services for organizations, programs, events, public relations, communications, and sponsorship marketing programs. 

Our difference lies in a holistic approach that begins with discovery of your vision, values, and objectives, is followed by creative and clever designs and plans and finishes with remarkable delivery and lasting results.   We consider client and stakeholder engagement critical building blocks for success. 

We also like to break new ground.  We plan and then modify, plan and modify.  We believe that this is a strength and we are proud when we say that we tried and then tried again.  We believe great things happen when you believe that great things can happen.  We believe that laughter and freedom and rewards should be part of each and every day.  We believe that work can be fun and that work can be about making a difference in this world.  We believe that good systems and processes leverage great people and their ideas into even greater success.
